Ouhanes John Baghdadlian (Johnny Bags) is a motivated, personable business co-owner who is multi-lingual; speaking fluent Armenian, French and English. He has over 25 years of experience in the jewelry industry, enabling him to manage and supervise all aspects of day-to-day operations at La Belle Cezanne.

John is responsible for fine jewelry retail sales, all aspects of business operations including management, training, book keeping, purchasing diamonds and securing funding for successful future business growth.

As co-owner of the business, one function John personally enjoys is the purchasing and management of the diamond inventory. By overseeing the selection, customer service, and design, John has generated a strong clientele that relies on him for every major family milestone; from engagement, to celebration of anniversaries, and the births of children. It is no wonder that the diamond portion of La Belle Cezanne not only comprises the leading gross revenue of sales, but also exemplifies the unique personal relationships between customers and the store. As a reflection of a continuing participation in the community, La Belle Cezanne gives back by sponsoring charity events such as local public and private schools, The Hospital Gala's, Sip and Strut for Autism, Bosom Buddies for Breast Cancer Awareness, etc.; annual affairs that gain the appreciation of givers and recipients of charity throughout Annapolis. John is always willing to spend the time to demonstrate not only his creativity with jewelry, but also provide his design of expertise in the entire build-out of their new state of the art facility that they presently reside in. John travels annually to jewelry and watch conventions throughout the world for continuing education and ensuring he is aware of the latest market trends.
